How long does therapy last?
It depends on you. Some people come in for a few months, others for a few years.
Our goal is never to keep you stuck in therapy — it’s to help you feel empowered, supported, and capable.
-
What if I’m nervous to start therapy?
Totally normal.
Starting therapy is vulnerable, especially if past support experiences weren’t affirming. We go slow, check in often, and build trust step-by-step. You don’t have to perform here — just show up as you are.
-
Can we talk about sex?
Please do.
We are kink- and sex-positive, and we believe sexuality is a meaningful part of human experience. Whether you’re curious, questioning, or healing — you’re safe to explore that here. -
What happens in the first session?
We’ll talk about:
1. What brings you in
2. What you’re hoping for
3. What support looks like for youAnd we’ll get to know each other without pressure or expectations. It’s a joint step forward.
-
What if you’re not the right fit?
Therapist-client fit matters.
If we discover you’d be better supported by someone with different expertise or lived experience, we’ll help connect you to the right provider — no hard feelings, ever.
I’m one email away.
I know that sending this one email might feel like climbing a mountain, but you can do it. You don’t have to talk on the phone unless you want to — I understand how anxiety-provoking that can feel. We can take everything one step at a time through email, and from there, the path becomes smoother. I see you. I hear you. And it’s perfectly okay to not be okay.
