Insurances Accepted (always a growing list)

Navigating insurance can feel overwhelming, confusing, or even discouraging — especially when you’re already carrying a lot. At Mosaic Minds Therapy, we aim to make this part of the process as transparent and supportive as possible. We currently accept most commercial insurance plans (shown on this page), some EAP benefits, and we also offer self-pay options. If you’re unsure about your coverage, out-of-network benefits, or what your costs might look like, you’re welcome to reach out. We can talk it through together and figure out the best path forward, so finances don’t become another barrier to care. Don’t see your insurance plan listed? We still might be able to accept it. Contact us for more information.

I’m one email away.

I know that sending this one email might feel like climbing a mountain, but you can do it. You don’t have to talk on the phone unless you want to — I understand how anxiety-provoking that can feel. We can take everything one step at a time through email, and from there, the path becomes smoother. I see you. I hear you. And it’s perfectly okay to not be okay.
